Basketball Time! Calallen Varsity Wildcats Claws the Carroll
Varsity Tigers --53-52 --What a thriller! Carroll took the
lead, and the Calallen Wildcats came back fighting, and
growling and chased the Tigers for 47 minutes, and 40
second when the Wildcats made the go ahead
shot with 20 seconds in the game. Tigers had 10 seconds left
and could not score.
What a comeback -- fine playing by the Calallen Wildcats. The
Tigers came out running and shooting and trying to run the Wildcats
into getting tired out. But no, the Wildcats kept up
with the Tigers, and beat them in their own game and
in their own gym. And that's awesome and cool!
